Hello

Hello world of role playing! I've dabbled in role play before but I would like to try my hand at it a little more seriously. So I Googled role play websites and this place seemed to have the best variety of topics and the most devoted authors/role players. It also seemed to be the most organized and accessible. I know I'm socially awkward so I'm really hoping to meet some people who are patient with weirdos. Also I'm probably going to need help sometimes with my writing, I'm relatively new to role play on anything more than a really casual level so if I make mistakes or seem to be lacking in direction I am open to helpful criticisms. On a similar note, I will be making up characters as I go seeing as I haven't had any real cause to create a decent character previous to this, and they will need some building and refining so forgive me if they seem to change a lot at first. I would like to think that character growth and development is an important part of any story so hopefully this won't detract much or at all.
My interests are varied and I'm open to try pretty much anything so if you think you have a role play that would be a good starting point for me then I would love to hear from you. As I am just now starting I can't pm yet, per to the rules, so If you would like to suggest something for now the best place would be a response on this intro topic.
